The mission of Key Escapes is to make investing in property possible with our all-inclusive approach to real estate: buying, furnishing, improving, and managing your venture. We do the managing, so you can do the traveling. Collectively, our team has over 10 years of experience in real estate and does over $120 million in volume each year. We strive to deliver and create an excellent customer experience that leads to successful investment decisions. We take pride in the way we handle a transaction from start to finish, including our skilled and service oriented staff, who are attentive to the details and treat clients with exceptional care.

Westley Williams

A native of Stratford-upon-Avon, England—Shakespeare’s hometown—Westley Williams moved to the United States in July 2007 and now proudly calls Eastside Costa Mesa home. He and his amazing wife, Stephenie, have two beautiful children, Emilia and Everett, who are avid soccer players and also enjoy flag football, baseball, hockey, and rock climbing.
 
Real estate has been a lifelong passion and family tradition for Westley. Inspired by his father, who invested in rental properties, he purchased his first investment property in Las Vegas at just 24 years old. Over the past 10 years, he has successfully sold more than $600 million in real estate.
 
Always looking for the next investment opportunity, Westley is constantly searching the MLS, exploring local neighborhoods, networking with past clients, and building new relationships. He takes pride in staying ahead of market trends and keeping up with the latest transactions and developments to better serve his clients.
 
In addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, Westley has personally built and remodeled more than 30 homes throughout California and Tennessee. He and Stephenie currently own 15 properties, including their primary residence, second homes, and both Airbnb and long-term rental investments across California and Tennessee.
 
Before joining Harcourts Prime Properties, Westley built a successful sales career with Siemens Communications. His competitive spirit also extends to soccer, where he coached club teams at an elite level and played competitively in both England and the United States, including for Hereford in the United Kingdom.
 
Away from real estate, Westley is an avid LAFC Founding Member and season ticket holder and a passionate supporter of LAFC, Coventry City FC, and Liverpool FC. Customer satisfaction is Westley’s highest priority. His market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to exceptional service have made him a trusted advisor for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
